i have a problam i add MD_1.11a_Multipair to EURUSD , GBPUSD, GBPJPY , USDJPY , EURJPY, USDCHF , EURGBP in demo account and 15M chart i change S1 and S2 reference in every curruncy and make autogmtoffset = true and gmtoffset = 3

 

in backtest all orders open between 1-2 AM but in demo account all orders open between 16 - 17

 

what mastic i do

firstly please clarify that you are quoting server time in both instances and that you are using the appropriate GMT setting for your broker.

I have backtested the hell outa this thing and mine trades in the area around midnight server time. This has been observed also with my live testing as all trades are within the time range.

If you are observing your local time when these trades are happening take a second look at your market watch timer. MD trades around 8am local time for me which is the markets midnight.

it would be a demo as i do not believe that jadefx has gone live as a broker yet, therefore the brokerage's reliability is also yet to be demonstrated.

please note that i am using a non dealer desk broker and recieve supposedly lower spreads as i have another account with then with a few dollars in it. If i were to not have this account i believe that the ea would behave differently.

One winning so far this week on EU

closed for a profit, not on my pc so dont have the details

was i think .07 lots and closed for about $1.50 profit.

There was a strengthening of the JPY which sucked everything down a bit this morning, but to its credit MD nailed the close at the candles high.

well obviously not to me, if you want higher lots then set them within the ea, set your lots and put your risk at 0 and it will trade however many you wish.

um no, you start at .1 lots at say 2 k and you build it up...why limit it to 20?

its sensible?

To trade MD with 20 lots on 10% risk you need to have around 200k in the account

This is a Martingale EA coded by a guy named Bluto. Not only is the EA way to risky wiping down accounts faster than rabbits mate.. but the coder has not a good record of writing good code. See Forex-Thrash-SD form if you want to find out more about him and Jitter-Bug. Pls be very very careful with this one.

 

Oh is that so, eh? And who are you...the all-knowing Forex Fairy? You're probably one of those cretins out there decompiling everyone's EA's trying to figure out what makes them tick and whether they'll make you any money without you buying them or paying your dues.

 

Here's a wake-up call to all of those who try to run illicit copies of EA's and make money....DON'T DO IT! If you don't have the documentation and the support of the original developers as well as others who are running the EA (as you do in my private FXAW forum), you will never be successful.

 

I'm appalled at the amount of illicit sharing of decompiled stuff on this forum, including my stuff. However, I can never resist an opportunity to

put a nice hunk of duct-tape on the big mouths of fools like "fxknight". Have a look at this link. This is Jitterbug Duplex running live with the proper settings in a very conservative mode. Notice that it doubled an original investment of $3K in what.....5 months and a few days? I'd say that's a pretty decent and safe EA, wouldn't you? :-bd

if you need it to trade more than 20 lots you've got at least 100k in the account more like 200k..

If you've already got money like that in a trade account then you dont need to be using an ea to do your dirty work.

but i can confirm that mine does limit at 20 lots per trade also

megadroid lot size is limited to 20, any coders out there can make this user adjustable or at least 50 ?

what is the purpose? do you have an account that can trade those amounts with only 5 - 10% risk to your margin?

i am using the standard dll and v1.1a multipair ex4, Took me a bit of digging through my trading log to find out.

There should be no difference in any of the dll's anyhoo as far as i understand the EA polls the dll in the same fashion its just the translation within the ea that is changed. (correct me if im wrong)

From current backtesting and forward demo testing i've found that if you change the slippage on EU to 4 it seems to come into the market stronger, this is with my broker though and may have the reverse effect with yours so be sure to test the hell out of it.

I want to make it clear to everyone that this is only a few hundred dollar play account i created to trial megadroid. If it looks too good to be true then it probably is... to that end this will not be moving onto my main trading account until i experience this EA's reaction to each varying type of market.

as far as i can tell with all the crap on my computer i am running ver 1.1a it is probably the multipair version as i tinker with most crap that comes onto here.

my bad, think i need to do some spring cleaning now :))

settings are all default but have uppped the risk on EU

please do not just go throw money on this thing as im waiting for the inevitable account killer that has to come. Be sure to forward test extensively as i have before putting it on live, and use little capital.

If we only enter a trade as soon as we seen the "Alert Pop Window "Message appears, it means we have to baby sit the system for more than 15 minutes or even hours a day. I don't think the message will appear at one specific time in a day (Eg: GMT 0100).... We will have to refer to our MT4 on and off to check the status and hope the message to appear soon..:(

The signal will be generated at the close of the candle each day which conveniently for me is at 8am.

Therefore the system need only be checked once each day at the close of the candle.

If you use a 5 digit broker all values will be a decimal larger too, a 1000 stop loss is only 100 pips.

I suggest you re-read the manual as it is all covered there quite plainly.

I had a few trades last week all of them being profitable

*note the ones with the green, well all but one are megadroid and the only loosing one being a manual one =))

Personally think no good will come of this thread, just dont see how 100 pages of people labeling stuff as crap is helpful, if you wish to give an opinion about the EA put it in the thread so people playing with it can see you opinion and dont have to sift through 10 tonnes of crap for it.

Better yet if there isnt anything about the scammer and their system well create a thread with links and offer an opinion there.

Just all strikes me as redundant data sitting in one thread

1 order send errors when trying to backtest

2 no manual, there are a few variables too as well as ea's

could one of our programming experts please take a look at it and see what magic they can weave please.

the exe self extracts the files, it works as far as functionality in mt4

i have noticed that the new version must be reading the trends differently as once i changed over to 1.8 some of the charts displayed different trend directions
