do you have your GMT set up correctly?

 

have you backtested it thoroughly? i have different instances of the EA set up with different combinations of aggressive and recovery settings.

 

i dont run eurjpy but i broke even after a drawdown on usdjpy.

GMT is set correctly to server, had the same retraction that pulled the UJ back into safe waters

EU has had 2 concurrent losses on both the original and Pro versions, Though i think i was wiped out today by the broker doing unscrupulous things as the market topped perfectly at my stop then bang, a huge rebound.

happy with the droid currently seeking new broker though :P

the losses on EU have been constant for me on both the original MD 1.11 Multipair and MD pro EE

hoping this is onlyone of the hiccupsi have noticed in backtesting and if it is as solid an ea as i hope it should come out the other side well

would just be fluctuation between brokers some picked it up some didn't,

my MD Pro even took a loss on EU

yeah i hit SL on Eur Usd, not overly concerned though, it made some crackers on the other pairs so only down a little in comparison.

been my first stop in a month or two and still well up so my smile hasn't vanished

i trade multiple pairs and get a steady stream of trades. people just need to stop pissing their pants when something has a looser or a week or two without a trade, GO DO A BACKTEST! you will see that this is not an unusual thing it shows consecutive losses in testing and i have had 2 consecutive losses on one pair, guess what it was back on and made it back the following week.

this is not a get rich quick robot, its slow and steady wins the race. if you cant go slow then you will end up playing with the thing too much and causing your own demise.

dont forget that MD wont trade around the EOM. or just after it so there wont be any trades for a while after today

1) the difference is that the multipair version has been edited to allow it to be attached and used on any currency pair unlike the original,

2 ) best one is which ever one performs best with your broker

3) you can find the links to all the versions within this thread just go back through the pages a bit.

I have had no losses this week and a few pretty good trades, word from the wise though if you're going to use more than 10% for the love of god turn recovery mode off. In backtesting it can clear an account in a few days if the market takes a hard swing or a news event hits hard.

IT IS SIMPLY USELESS INDICATOR

I have yet to see you make a useful comment in any thread, you simply tell us either EA's are a waste of time (I get that but dont need to force an opinion on others) then rag on manual systems...

If you wish to put forward judgement elaborate a little, why? for what reasons? have you even tested the indicator?

I cannot abide useless comments or people.

I have been playing with this and using it to confirm some entry points, took one last week for a good profit and have 2 i opened today sitting in profit.

It is not a stand alone entry exit system, more useful personally for me as a guide for signal confirmation.

Today in Alpari-UK i received the message:

But 200 (pis in 5 digits) are normal

 

i Don´t understand

with a 5 digit broker 20 is ok not 200, 20 = 2pip spread, 200 = 20 pip spread

That is one hell of a spike in spread to go even close to 20 pips :-?

On another note I had 3 winners today 2 decent and one was only a few pips. :-bd
