As far as i know, and not to offend UnclePips, the 4.28 MotiveWave is older than the 4.2.24 ( which has been cracked by Tonyweb on July 1, 2016.....
 
The previous Motivewave 4.2.17 had been cracked too by TW on Feb 20, 2016.....

1. Have you considered not having a password on your file(your reasoning posted above does not make any sense) just my opinion.
2. By chance if a generous (bored,LOL) educator drops by- maybe they don't feel like jumping through your hoops(what if you are not around to supply password)???
3. Have a look around the site and you will see the for lack of a better term the "standard protocol", just make it available-you might just find from the awesome and generous people of this forum that someone will come through, and all will benefit.

The 3rd solution I use personally, is using this Portable version of Tonyweb 4.2.24 cracked version (portable built by myself with an embedded Java 1.8.0.91, using Spoon Studio)
That permits me to have a regularly updated PC with the latest Java, and use MotiveWave 4.2.24 with its own Java 1.8.0.91 without problems
At the first run delete the "Admin" workspace and create a new one
