    one way you can deal with this problem is to use a copy software, I see people saying that so and so EA will work on demo but not on a real account and thats just bullshit.

     

    take the same EA and run it from a demo account with MT4 copy software and it works just fine, broker never knows how or what you are doing and the lag is only 1 sec or so..problem solved

     

    Hey,, the lag can be up to 3 minutes between demo and live.. You should monitor the time values better..

     

    what happened to that EA you telling us about.

    funny i was just reading this. i went back to the origional topic where ryaz posted this indi all on his own. actually it was sefc or whatever his name is that spurred ryaz on unless i read the origional topic wrong.. kwu came along later from what i gather. doesnt look like kwu had anything to do with this. but who cares

     

    but has anyone had experience with this indi.. i think i will fire it up and take a look..

    Each time frame you use this on has different settings.. Here is a QUOTE from the author posted on another forum..

    And yes there is a No-Lag v71 indi that will give you basically the same results on the chart.. BUT the code inside is entirly different.. The result on the chart is basically the same but the calculations are done different.. Its like most everything you can probably find several ways to get the same result.. Find the one that works for you...

     

    I know that on other sites that Tcci/SaneFx are used a lot especially on 5m and 15m scalpers looking for 5 pip profits..

    Well I went to damiani web site and got v3.2 and 3.21 of the volatmeter meter and put in on a chart.. The meter would have probably blocked last night trade because the meter was indicating NOISE during the time the trades were placed.. Almost all of the droid trades would be stopped because the droid trades during the OFF market times (noise).. And the meter shows that indeed the price action goes above the noise and the trade would be a BUY.. But Im guessing the Droid would still have picked a Sell since it pick a SELL last night during an uptrend..

    Last night MD took a sell trade against an well established buy trend. Maybe the Volta might have stopped this I dont know..

     

    I kinda look at it this way.. If you were sittin there at your PC and doing manual trading and saw a pretty well established UP trend would you for no reason place a sell trade?????

     

    I havnt spent much time looking at the software and how droid picks its trades but it cant be very good.. But maybe pilling more filters on it might make it better...

    What do you mean the inid repaints.. There have been several threads on this site now about this.. This indi DOES NOT repaint the past bars.. It is one of the more stable indi's out there.. THe current live bar is always changing just like the real price action is always changing.. If you call the current bar changing with the price "repainting" then you are WRONG... The "Repainting" phrase applies to closed/past bars.. If you want to see an example of repainting at its best then load up one of the Center of Gravity indi's and watch how the PAST bars constantly change even though the price action in the past bars is long over with..

    It seems that the winning rate of 'Poison" is very high... and It closed most of the trades within 3 hours.... :)

    I hope this is not a manipulated results. :P (I am sorry as I don't mean to offend.) By the way, is this the results from "educated "Version? Thanks

     

    well if its manipulated then it must be the old crap laptop sitting in the corner with 5 other laptops running mt4.. maybe the mt4's are setting me up.. Or maybe its the MetaQuotes DataCenter that I have running out in the garage to feed all my stuff.. NO these are stats coming right out of the MT4 publishing routines built into MT4.. I dont have the time to sit around and create a web site data generator to fake out an EA that I have no involvement in..

     

    I just dont get it.. On this site of all places you would think I would try to scam someone.... If I ever decide to sell or give away any EA or Indi's I will be sure to make it clear that I am involved.. But after the little SAW thread a while back I dont think my source code will be seen by many... I already posted one of best tools i have made in that thread..

     

    I will even post the set file I am using... THe only change I made to the EA I downloaded here was to add back some of the comments/info and things that the coders removed from Euro-Blaster before it became poision.. go see what it will do for you.. Im on fxdd demo running 5min time frame..

    I would not get too excited about this EA. After looking at few live reports including the ones posted on the developer's website, one can clearly see that this is a Martingale approach. The increments are not 1,2,4,8 etc. but in smaller steps. It still is not exempt from eventually blowing the account. Personally I think it is a Fxespie spinoff. Trades look awefully similar..

     

    well to do a martingale half a** right your steps should not be direct 1,2,4,8 etc.. But should be a multiple of never over 1.5 or so.. 1, 1.5, 3, 4.5, etc.. Dont know about this particular ea until it is seen...

    I wish people would quit using rapid.. Rapid has now signed agreement to disclose any question material to authorities.. RIAA pressed for this agreement and got it..

    Not to disagree with you but the "<<" operation is a logical shift to left (bitwise) which is much different than "<" (smaller than). I really don't see any reason for the logical shift when it comes to comparing timeframes so it makes most sense to say that it is a comparison. Apparently it is looking for the period to trade here since even if you put it on a H1 chart - it will still trade whatever it wants like M1, M5 etc. Maybe another programmer can offer his/her opinion on this issue just to make sure we have it right.

    BTW I placed it on few pairs like EJ, GJ, EURCHF, EU on H1 timeframes and it issued trades almost right away. We'll see how it goes.

    So are you saying that it should be << on that line of code.. When it is that way it wont compile and get errors in the log...

    Yep it now compiles.. Got it running on demo ok.. But code will not run right on tester.. The code doesnt know how to handle sub windows when in test mode..

     

    I will let it run on demo for a while and see what it does..

     

    The only protections I see Is a simple Time/Date check to see if it has expired..

     

    AnyBody know what time frame is best for this???

    This is not a good de-compile.. When I try to execute the program there are errors in the log file and it will not run.. Also the De-compile is half the size of the origional ex4..

     

    There is a known bug in the de-compiler when it comes to handling LARGE ex4 files..

     

    Starting do you have the bug-fixed version of the de-compiler???
