have you tried static IP address change every time (trial period)? VPN gives you different IP address often, and demo is allowed only if you use one ip. so even if you sign up for the first time and your IP address changes every day or even more then they will disconnect data feed. you can use several IP addresses only for real accounts.

also, you tried all the mentioned solutions and they blocked you or what was the problem & reason?
