@MojoRisin Do you think tapatalk will work with the forum so viewing the forum from a mobile would be a easier ? I've not checked this here but tapatalk has a vBulletin support provided the plugin in installed on the forum server. If it's not integrated then it would be great to add the plugin as well. Hi @MojoRisin , Thanks for upgrading the forum. As per the few discussions going on in this thread we have some minor but important issue to be ironed out. I was wondering if we could have the option to use the older version of the forum while the specific issues are ironed out. If possible we can have https://old.indo-investasi.com or /old/ as one of the ways to access the site using the old version. In order to push people to use the new version we can keep that as the default. Once we have things to our taste on the new version front we can inactivate the url for the old version. Thanks for all the effort to upgrade and keep the show running in the best possible fashion.

As per iCan "Hall of Fame" cannot be crawled /showthread.php/5703-HoF-is-no-index-for-search-engine?p=64747&viewfull=1#post64747 We should be able to expand the forum sections and it will be visible only to HOF members. I think we can get started in a short time as the necessary perquisites are already available. This would put some extra burden on the admins to add/remove members from the HOF list but we can find a way out.

It would be great if the admins think of starting a section where only trusted members can post. Probably this can be started with the Hall of fame members being able to see and post to that section. We can start conservatively and then build on top of it. It would be great to hear what the @mods, @admins, @traderbeauty has to say. Please share your comments, suggestions. Thanks.

I think the forum content (except for a few sections) is visible to everyone even without an account. So if there is some agreement on it then the forum can be locked and stop google or as a matter of fact any other search engine from crawling the contents here. I myself have seen many a times that the links are shared on telegram moment they are shared here which I would be ok with. The important bit is to save the contents of the group buy for being leaked. There are a few members who participate in the group buy and then leak it every where. I believe tightening of the group buy policies would definitely help the leaks from happening which would come at a cost. By tightening I mean only credible members should be considered to be group buy participants. This will eventually bring the number of participants down and the cost of the group buy would inch up but with the chain of trust of a respectable member being a part of the group buy the chances of the leak can be minimized. I know gadfly has always mentioned that some of the members with less number of posts have been left out of the group buy. A special note of appreciation to gadfly who has given more than expected to this forum and eventually land up being abused because of some crooks around. Thanks once again gadfly.^:)^ ^:)^
