jjrr Posted January 18, 2011 Report Share Posted January 18, 2011 Does anybody have any experience with this system? http://www.copypastepips.com/ The author Robert Colmer claims to be a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and a CFP but the way he talks and the accounts he shows (and claims to have been verified) speak otherwise. He makes some pretty unbelievable claims (like over 90% accuracy) and being aware of the professionalism required for the above designations, I'm just having it hard to believe that a real charterholder would sell forex software over the Internet and make such ridiculous claims. When I searched for Robert Colmer, CFA on the net nothing came up and that raised my suspicion... So can anyone ay something about him? Is he legit? So, I don't know how it can be educated unless you can get a license key. And the license key can only run on "one" instance or account. And even people who have a license key have not gotten it to trade yet, for 2 days. Their support claims that their server is overloaded. But, even if that's true, it doesn't explain why this EA is crashing a lot of platforms. After loading the EA, it tells you that you need an update. And when you select "update" it crashes the platform. It doesn't make sense. Yes, I received their trading system downloads, but, I never got a chance to open them up because I have been up past midnight, every night, trying to get the EA to work. I did not even know that the free indicators were DLL protected. I haven't used a protected indicator in quite awhile, so I had wrongly assumed that you were referring to the EA. LeoTrader had the same problems I am experiencing now. As an example, they invest in a server that can handle 500 customers, then they sell the EA to 3,000 customers, then wonder why their server keeps crashing. X_X I believe your thread is OK here, now that it is understood that they are using protected indicators, even though they were supposedly "free" bonus indicators. The "Activate" routine in the DLL you can comment out as that's just checking account details. func101 and func102, the other two functions are based on the 1H timeframe from what I can see, so these can be replaced with iClose, iTime etc. based on 1H. Upsell Websites before i could download the Signal Reciever. So i downloaded the Package and installed the EA but it can't connect to the server.Just awaiting a replay from their costumer service. The guy who is selling the copy paste system deliverd at the beginning of his campaing this system. He said that this system is the one he is using. I just looked at my screen and was waiting for the trade. At the one half of my screen there was this system and on the other halfe was a normal chart with nothing but the ea.
