So in this case, should one consider or not if its not observed in a particular country? I hope/believe since its a celestial event, should be considered whether seen or not.

Candyman, Only TSA is a full version, Terra is an add-on installer which gets released every now and then. Without TSA, you cannot run Terra setup. I checked the TSA in #1 is still up and the latest Terra installer/update is also available.

i think this is a wrong way to look up to the markets use a precise astrology software like solarfire and learn about the aspects and their phase (like appling,exact and seperating) and when you found the right time of an event you can study its repeating pattern in the past and then in right moment you can draw the right cycle
