I am not so sure about the "repainting" issues with this IFVG indicator since I do not personally use it but I could share with you that their Orderblock is quite decent. If you are a disciplined trader and you have enough patience, just to wait for price to reach the Premium or Discount zones, or at least close to them, you then enter trades accordingly, long for Discount and short for Premium. This is all you need to do each trading day and I can assure you, you would get your daily targets. Dont get freaked out after you have entered if price plays with your head a bit. Understand that these are critical key levels, price wanna mess with your emotions and trick your brain to think it aint so, going your way. Trust it. Have faith in it. It should work out.
