You seem to use some supertrend colouring of bars and those dots (for stop and trendchange?) i know from that CFD GFT-platform i started with like years ago. Trading journals are typically for he benefit of the writer to provide for introspection of their methods and psychology. I do trade ES manually (no indicators); and NQ/ZS with an automated (and feature rich) version of the PPT Box. Trading manually does have it's mental challenges to stay disciplined which was one of the reasons to automate PPT Box.
