Sniper Auto Trader v29

Hi My Community member, Please let me know if anyone of you have the v29 for sniper auto trader. Would be much help if you can share it here

I installed and got this error - Default    Strategy 'SniperSlingshot': Error on calling 'OnStateChange' method: 'AddDataSeries' method: There exists no implementation for this 'BarsPeriod' object.

 

Not sure if its to do with my NT version (8.1.5.2 64bit) or there is an error in the code.

I do have v28 as well, but seems that they have made a lot of improvements in v29 ... 

 

Do you also have their recommended settings for the strategies

did you make the recommended settings they share..  try this one

I got the same error, i think it only works with the sniperbars, do anyone have those bars?

I'm not at home ATM to see if that is the problem.  I have attached the bars, let me know if that works

Got home, installed without any problems, however, I dont have the buttons on show, is there anyway to make them 'show' ? Any help would be very awesome. Thanks

For fun, I wanted to install this addon... I followed all the steps in the PDF tutorial and I don't find any errors, but I can't figure out how to get the rectangular buttons on the right in the chart trader....(step 94 pdf tutorial)

I don't have rectangular buttons at all.

I have the same problem...no buttons, even though the strategy is enabled, as you can see from the screenshot I posted yesterday. All the indicators are on the chart, but no buttons, for some reason. Any help would be great, thanks

Sadly, that did not work for me, still no buttons. Funny thing is, that I can load TradeSaber's Predators strategy with visible/working buttons. Makes no sense for me.

I'm in the same situation....a littel dit issue,  I see ExplosionEntry and Pullback flagged in the PDF...are missing from your chart

Yeah, they have been 'checked' still not working. In fact, I have been trying to try different combo's to see if that works. Nothing, how ever I have noticed.

1). On the pdf and their video, they have a gold/yellow 'Sniper AutoTrader' icon next to the properties at the top of the chart. I don't have that 

2). Even though I have 'explosionEntry' checked, it often unchecks itself

3). When you check 'Back testing date' on, the scripts, fires and go nuts. orders left, right and center.

I think I have solved the problem. Close down NT, grab a copy of v19, extract the files to somewhere, copy the 'templates' folder from the extracted location to the main NT location, in your document folder. Restart NT and  and 'enable' sniper autotrader and, hey presto, it should now show the buttons.

For some reason, v28 does not included the 'templates' folder, where v19 does. Hope that helps.

I tried what you said but it doesn't solve anything... maybe I have to wait for the markets to open but that doesn't seem to be the problem (Rirhmic is active now). I think the problem is that the strategy .cs file is missing from the document/NT8/bin/custom/strategies folder. When you import a strategy, the .cs file appears in that folder. While with this file, it doesn't.   Obviously thanks for the help

Should not matter if the markets are closed, mine is still working. Maybe you can delete any reference to sniper, and then re-install sniper, while following the instructions from the PDF. All the files you need are within the thread. Good luck
