Smashelito Chartbooks?

By any chance does anyone have the "Smashelito Chartbook" also sometimes referred to as "Smash Levels"? I know there are multiple bundled builds, one for ES and NQ.  

I typically would just outright purchase the item to support the author. However, the requested price is just insane, not even remotely reasonable for a Sierra Chartbook setup.
