Looking for Ninzaco superior donchian

Would anyone happen to have ninzaco superior donchian? I have the two attached files but ninja will not load it correctly.

Is it already educated?

If so, then it might just be that you need a correct resource file.

If not educated then ohh well, that was why it didnt work.
