Try to run the emulator with administrative mode, right-click on the file run as an administrator. Before starting Ninjatrader run the emulator.

Guys when the Gold star prints on 15 minutes chart for it heavy I haven't seen it failed in my testing so far.

In the PDF there is link to download the indicators, download whatever is missing.

 

Also you can set the emulator to autorun when windows starts,
