Depends on what market you want to trade, what timezone you trade, etc. EUR/USD is good currency pair to trade in US TimeZone, ES or NQ good Futures contracts to trade, SPY/QQQ good stock trades. Any liquid instrument in your preferred market is good to trade (in my opinion)
