Need help identifying an indicator from a webinar

I was watching a recent webinar from TopTradeTools on their stoplight strategy and I need help trying to identify one of the indicators they use. They call it TOP Peaks and Troughs indicator, but all they usually do is rename an off the shelf indicator with their own name so I assume this is a generic indicator or at least pretty similar to something off the shelf. It appears to be the relationship between opens, closes, prior up or down close, etc. Any help is appreciated. Here's a couple screenshots from the webby.

Is it possible to install it on MT5 platform?

I don't believe they support that platform

then it is useless because MT4 is obsolete and slow I don't understand how people manage to earn money using this platform.

@machete- what does your comment have to do with anything? I said they don't support MT4 and you said MT4 sucks. They have nothing to do with each other????
