vit007
Hello. Here is a replay of ES future for October . I have a two questions for a futures traders .! 1- If you back test on a replay with range bars and limit orders should you count an Ofcet ?. 2 - If you had 2 Auto Traders which is better to go with one on the left or one on the right , one is more safe and one is more profitable ?:-?. Testing Short side only with 6 contracts .[ Edited November 3, 2019 by vit007
lbf4223
In a trading system with a positive expectancy, if your long-term average is basically risking $1 to make $1, then you want your avg winning pct to be between 65-70% (including transaction fees). If it isn't, I would worry about its viability. When you drop to the low 60's in avg winning pct then you want your avg win / avg loss ratio to be rising to the 1.25 to 1.50 area. traderCamps
You won't really get this result when you use real money. Be careful!
⭐ aotegaoteg
To get a more realistic result add the total commission amount in the commission options of ninja trader. QUESTION: Can any one let me know, if there is a spread between the bid and the ask when trading Futures products and FX Futures products?
