⭐ smartguy Posted July 12, 2019 Author Report Posted July 12, 2019 Here in the USA it looks like the book is 39.95 + 8.00 Shipping until 7-14-19 then book goes up to full price of 79.95 + 8.00 shipping. This gets you PDF version immediately, and the hard copy sent to you when they are printed and released in Sept (that's the reason for the shipping). This would sure be a good addition here if anybody has it.
