Traderbeauty p.s- i have full admin access if they still haven't changed it: there used to be a setting somewhere in vb for number of private messages a particular 'usergroup' could have. you will need to go into each usergroup you have and edit the setting there. been a long time since so things could be different now but try something that looks like: Admin CP > Usergroups > Usergroup Manager > Edit Usergroup > Maximum Stored Messages. hope that helps jane, good luck !
