I believe Carlos is referring to David's new, improved, this is it, blah, blah, blah...Code 3 program. It would be interesting if you could upload the videos you do have from Code 1 or 2...I have been interested in seeing the videos of the guy who "broke the code", as he refers to himself...that is when he is not ranting about those looking to silence him for "breaking the code".
