Hi there, I tested here and the file opened fine. Sometimes files get corrupted when downloading, but it is on the downloader side the error, I get that sometimes with Jdownloader so I just download the file again.

 

Download it one more time and check it, If anyone else is having problem then I reupload.

How do you fix the flame flickering problem that starts about 50 minutes into the video? It's a problem when it strobes rapidly between a chart and text notes while she's speaking.

 

I've tried de/interlace and other preference options in VLC to correct this. Any other ideas?

I was able to downloaded it from the link, open it, go through all 41 pages without any problem.

Please recheck your download method for something causing incomplete downloads.
