⭐ FFRT
The Good news is that Metastock (since version 11) is back with idea to allow their user to have their own local data, which was stopped since Version 11, and customers were forced to subscribe to their data services while other vendors have moved fast allowing the flexibility to use data of customer choice, MS felt like lagged behind (possible reason) !!! Now, With latest version - Metastock XV, there is an option to use it Offline, with Local Data, here is the video Look forward;) Edited May 23, 2017 by FFRT

ameer2017
I saw this version from a friend. You have an option to convert your legacy data to local data... you can also convert CSV to local data just like with MS11. The only problem with the MS15 oflline version is that, you have to pay $10 a year and they called it subscription maintenance, and this is mandatory, otherwise, you will not be able to use your offline version. You have also to login online every 21 days to continue using your offline version, you cannot login online if you didn't pay the subscription maintenance fees.
