Has anyone been able to link TS to RT data? I only see a way to get EOD data, but I'd like to forecast prices for day trading.

Thanks candyman. That was helpful. This video needs to be updated, because the data folders are in the User's folders not the program folders. (i.e. ...User\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\F2262CFAFF47C27887389DAB2852351A\MQL4\Files\Export_History). This folder is a hidden type and TimingSolution cannot find hidden folders. However, the forex RT data is actively downloading into a file.

I did find a solution for the hidden path. By using Windows Explorer, I put the cursor on the folder "AppData" and changed the folder properties with all the subfolder properties to not hidden. When I followed the instructions from the video, I was able to find the correct path to the data file and now I have RT data from MT4 going into TimingSolution.

I have looked for this as well in the past and could not find anything. I recommend you stay with Mt4 for now.

MM I see , I needed to have MT5 as usually brokers list their stocks on MT5 not MT4 , and wanted to be able to pull data .

 

I am sure if Candyman looks into it it would be done as easy as morning coffee .
