Anyone promoting an automated scalping tool which risks 2x what you hope to gain requires you to have an 80%+ winning pct in the long-term. There's no such thing as a high winning pct / high reward to risk ratio combination. Their relationship in any trading model / system is INVERSE in the long-term.
