DayTraderProfesional
DayTraderProfesional - Thank you for the very educational Orderflow coverage you have initiated with the images. Have a question related to the image you have posted in post#44. What are the "circled" areas represent on the chart? On the "delta" portion - one specific bar's Delta is highlighted in Red(as circled) - what's the condition it gets highlighted? Hi @traderJi The blue rectangles shows ratio extrems, the relation between the last 2 tics in the bar on the bid side, in this case the ratio mean rejection. The red rectangle shows a delta reversal pattern. It compares 3 delta bars and if the third bar meet a condition, in this case volume 50% greater than bar 2, then shows the marker. ⭐ zbear, traderJi and ⭐ nadjib

DayTraderProfesional
Hi Kenny123, Yes i used, in many ways but not alone for taking decisions. I like to see big deltas without control on direction and much more if it's the last delta on the move up or down. I call that climatic delta. When i speak about delta, i mean delta bars, not cumulative. There are nothing special in use it, but you can see if buyers are buying, or being absorbed. In the case of the sellers, the same. Normal use, nothing magical, but i like to see it http://content.screencast.com/users/daytraderprofesional/folders/Jing/media/f326e483-a501-4ddb-ac02-54324d02e934/2016-08-06_1539.png kenny123 and admis

⭐ fxknight
Here is the OrderFlow Delta Surge free indicator. It only works on live not historical data. Place it on a 8-Range chart (ES, NQ, 6B, 6E) and just let it run. You will see the signals. It is pretty good! It placed few winners today for me on NQ if you want to just take 5-6 ticks (TP) with 10 tick SL. https://www.sendspace.com/file/6g07s5 traderin, ⭐ goldeneagle1, ⭐ trader1968 and 1 other

It is supposed to be a free indicator. I get all the signals on a live chart. Author recommends a 8-Range chart for best results.

stevemoore
Here is the free Delta Surge indicator from Mike Valtos of orderflows.com. As Mike says on his site "Introducing the Orderflows Delta Surge indicator which was created to help traders understand and analyse order flow delta. Delta is the difference between the volume traded on the offer minus the volume traded on the bid in a particular bar. Each bar will have a delta number. Delta will either positive or negative and on rare occasions it can even be zero. There is not much information on trading order flow delta available on the market as most traders aren’t even aware of order flow delta, let alone thought of trading with it. But delta is a great tool for traders. However like every tool, it has it uses. You can’t build a house with just a hammer, you need other tools to finish the house. Trading is the same way, to survive in the markets you need different tools to be used at different times. When a trend is healthy, it builds on itself. Volume will increase slowly, as new buyers are drawn into the move. Delta information used to only be available to order flow traders, however now you can analyze the delta using your favorite bar chart! Think about that for a minute. Now you can use your own chart with your other indicators and add order flow delta analysis to it. There is no need for you to learn order flow. However I do think to get the maximum out of delta you really should be using an order flow chart because it will allow you to see what the market is doing inside the bar. Order flow gives you a x-ray vision into the bar to see is really happening between buyers and sellers. http://www.orderflows.com/deltasurge/index.html This indicator is free but was cleaned by Santoshji (many thanks Santosh).I have also included the Delta Surge User Guide pdf which sould help you with understanding and settings. Zip includes DeltaSurge_edu.zip (can be imported to NT7) and the Delta Surge User Guide. pdf. Delta Surge.zip (624.48KB) Download Page Link https://www.sendspace.com/file/5avn32 Also to aid you in understanding Delta here is a recent Webinar by Mike Valtos on the Delta Surge.
