Either the user profile is not accessible or the private key that you are importing might require a cryptographic service provider that is not installed on your system. eros1973ms Posted May 17, 2016 Report Share Posted May 17, 2016 Hi laser, check if the exchange of the stock is correct. In directa happens that when I add stocks to the screener, they are defaulted on an "UNDEF" exchange and therefore no data. You should be able to check the exchange from the status line of the chart (if not displayed, right click on the status line and enable the field).
