Lost words traveling off your screen, behind ads,etc. ???:

From Austin:

That is because of the way you guys have your resolution set up on your screens.

Go to your control panel and click on display and then click on settings.

Then change your resolution to or close to 1280 x 960. That should fix it.

If you have a smaller or larger monitor then you should search google

to find out what the best resolution is for your monitor.

Also be sure that you are using the most current version of your browser or it will also make

it look weird because CIF was designed and made for the most current browsers.

Also I've noticed that some people that use aol seem to have issue.

Having trouble getting a site to come up, this usually works:

From Mary:

Click on Start button and then click on Run

(alternatively just hit Windows + R keys) to open Run command dialog.}

Type cmd into the Run box, and hit Enter.

A command prompt DOS window will open.

Type ipconfig /flushdns and then press Enter to purge the DNS resolver cache.
