(REQ:) A good "Sessions" indicator

Hello Friends,

 

does anyone have a good on screen sessions indicator that shows visually on screen what session (i.e. Asian, London, NY) you're in? I imagine you'd have to put the GMT time you're in for it to work properly. Years ago I had a good one but can't find it. Thanks. Diesel10
