Good Morning!

ES Different POCs

i am wondering why the TPO Market Profile from Fin Alg from yesterday 11-02 is showing

POC at 2065,75. The TPO is combined ETH+RTH.

on the other chart OFA 11-02 TPO Market Profile is showing POC at 2097. The Profile is also combined ETH+RTH.

why are the POCs different and which POC is the right one?

the POC 2065,75 is the overnight trading POC. But why isnt POC changing when most of the Volume during RTH is located at 2097 ?

TPO/POC based on Time

VPOC based on Volume

OFA/VPA based on Volume

Check the parametr 04.Value Area -21: Calculation=TPO

Change to Calculation=Volume

Hope these helped

thank you that helps!

sorry if this is asked before,

i am looking for a way to plot TPO Regular RTH and ETH Overnight Session in 2 splitted profiles in 1 Chart

this way i can see the seperated overnight session in a much better way in relation to the prior RTH profile and also the RTH later on the day

in the Settings 03. 20 there is Session Split/Merge Template Name, its left blank, not sure what this means.

in 11 i can only choose RTH or ETH

havent figured this out.. someone can tell me how this is being done?

thank you in advance.

Simply create a new split session in NT Session Manager - like this. Then apply it to the chart http://www.screencast.com/t/NjSXQ5g3Szo Then you'll see two profiles per day - one for the overnight and one for the RTH. This example is for the ES on CME but can be tweaked for whatever. If you use the Rainbow indicator ( www.rainbow-in.com ) this has the added ability to configure a toolbar button to switch between two sessions on the fly - more like the way Marketdelta allows. [EDIT] Sorry - this site isn't letting me link to the image. Just follow the link below for an idea of what I mean.

Thank you very much for your suggestion, i am using Market Balance on Nifty Futures - Indian Index. I tried to change the ticks per row to 3000 but still it does not work :(.

I am attaching the image for the same. If i click Apply or Ok or Cancel , nothing happens. I only have one option now - to force close or End Task Ninja Trader using task manager
