futuretrader has moved on to greener pastures. Ditto for Mr. John Maddog.

 

Another educator has yet to step forward. There are folks who will educate and want to get paid for it. Going rate is $100.

I am sure good educators are still on the forum. If you have enough time, patience and a bit of experience in C# you can do it yourself.
