It looks as though you could work it out using his pictures and explanations. RSI bottomed out whilst price on lower BB so wait for Bull candle to close. Switch TF and do it again on Daily. Then switch TF (probably 4hr) and wait for a thrust candle to thrust into the second half or top section of the Bollinger. That's the basics by the looks of it.
