Copy the .cs file to Indicator folder (Documents\NinjaTrader 7\bin\Custom\Indicator). Then go to Tools>Edit NinjaScript>Indicator and open the copied .cs file and press Compile button in the resulting window.. After compiling, you will be able to see the indicator in the list..
