If you have a dynamic IP address, try restarting your router after each download. You'll get a new IP address and you'll be able to bypass the download limit.

Thank you for that link, but I'm having a lot of difficulty downloading more than one part per day. Keeps telling me I've reached maximum download for the hour. It took me two days to get two parts.

 

Can you please upload them on 4shared?

Thank you for that advice. My ISP does not let me use Proxy IP. So I'm stuck.

 

I only need the Yin-Yang part of the program. If anyone can share, I would be Grateful.

I think you misunderstood the above post. Not PROXY server or IP. If you have a static ip in your dsl connection, then for each download you have to wait. However, if you use ip from the ISP, each time your router is rebooted it gets new ip address from your isp. This way, the file downloading site will allow file downloading with minimal wait time of 1-2min only.
