It states it needs a code to download, which once you put in a real (mobile) phone number, they will send as a SMS.

 

Which, if you do it, will be followed by endless amounts of spam, **** and basic destruction of said phone number. No thanks. :(

 

EDIT: On second look, that link looks like a complete spam site: try going to just the root at http://eiqbbemq.freeblog.hu/ - the links to a forum are fake, and all lead to the same type of followon page. It seems nothing more than a harvesting site.
