Req: A script

Hi folks. I have a request. I like to trade baskets and I have scripts to buy and sell them.

 

I have a pretty good strategy using H4 and baskets that involve trendline/channels that I think a particular script idea would work well.

 

I would like either:

 

A: a script that I can drag to a chart and it will create a trend line in which I can enter the name in the setting of another script that i want to execute when the price touches the trend line.

 

or

 

B: I can draw trend lines using normal methods and then rename them to whatever script I want to execute when it is touched by the price and then just drag over the script that will make that happen.

 

Can this be done? Thanks!

you can't call a script with mql

but there are already EAs that are working with (trend)lines

try google

one of them is something like OrdereaLine...could be from forex-tsd

don't know whether it's only working with horizontal lines or trendlines also

The code of your basket script would have to built into the EA
