Search for "Online Trading Academy" using File Express. Their video courses includes an excellent explaination of how to use Level II for trading. They have the explaination for which you are looking. You can also use torrents to download their courses. Try searching Google using the keywords "Online Trading Academy Torrent".

 

Also YouTube has some short video explainations of using Level II.
