Forex Arbitrage methods

I am interested in getting some detailed training in forex arbitrage techniques. I understand that Bill Poulos put our a product call Profit Accelerator but that seems to be just traditional forex trading. Due to the short life of potential setups it will most likely have to be an automated system. At any rate if there is someone out there with some knowledge of this supposed ultra high risk free method, please let me and our friends here know.
