The creator of that site is an affiliate marketer just trying to push other peoples products onto you, and gather your email address to sell and spam you like crazy. He has no intentions of providing any download links. In fact, once he created the site he probably never returned to it and created hundreds more like it, since auto software does all the work for affiliate marketers now days.
