Wish this was a simple password needed to open, but it shows the file is encrypted by a Cryptographic Service Provider. When a file is encrypted by a Cryptographic Service Provider (CSP), it means a special software module used a cryptographic algorithm to scramble the file's data, making in unreadable without the correct decryption key.

I find that it has been encrypted with Microsoft Enhanced Cryptographic Provider 1.0, in case anyone knows how to decrypt this.

The unique way to find the password is use this software:

It takes several hours to find it because it uses brute force.

Full book with unprotected Excel is required. in many of the examples given in sample book, author uses Optuma, but Timing solution could also be useful.

I read this book many many years ago. I don't think i`ll have the book with me but its simple.

its just uses look back of 20 years as GANN did and he stuck to 19year lookback. rest book had planetary lines etc but this was his main system.

OK , Metonic Cycle where all planets align at same position as they were 19 years  back !. Something similar exist in Dynamic Trader also...cycle finder. I guess Optuma, Timing solutions and some other software can plot parallel line of underlying of similar security if sufficient quality data exist. Thanks
