I traded this system . I do not think that is a sacred cow that can not be touched , and I would be very happy with the suggestions to improve this system .I try to show you pictures in real time to see the moment when you need to make a decision and enter new trade.

Today I explained how to use the Magic Stick EA

I like do draw the various SR and trend lines. Look at the sample.

EMA 169 give us information about trend. We'll see that is strong up trend.

Hi Django,

On GBPUSD:

Place Market Buy Entry on Today Open while XB4 still blue. Initial SL/TP set to 80pips.

Pivot Printed and S1/R1 only around 10pips to the entry price, do you move the price to the S1 now ?

The Price Hit R1 now, do i exit now ? OR use last Friday Pivot R1 as Target ?

Django Said:

"......

The main feature of this system is to be traded every day and you do not need much attention.

I am not a full time trader and this way of trading is perfect for me.

I do not like to sit for hours before the screen and stare at the colorful charts.

Clearly in this case is possible to miss treades with more pips.

That's why I stress that this system is for a bit lazy person, as I am, or for those who simply do not have time to listen to the market constantly.

The system is the easiest to use as a set and forget."

Yesterday come out the indi, II always late.

Django said "Template are optimized for GMT+2 brokers with 4 digits."

I found some thing wrong with this setting using the GMT offset indicator.

If you know that your broker setting is GMT+2. then for GMT+00, the change_day_hour should be 2.

(I do a comparison on broker using GMT+0 and GMT+2, the correct one will point to the same bar on open price)

I try out the FxPro (GMT+2), the GM offset indicator shown:

GMT : 09:57

Broker: 03:58

based on your method: 03-09 = -6

I set the Pivot to -6, and the SR Lines all disappear.

Does the XB4d indicator repaint or otherwise change once the bar is closed?

I did not notice any repaint on XB4D so far.

But realise that when enter the price, the S1 to R1 was small but now it open up wider.

Suspect maybe the sunday issue.

I forgot there is GMT Shift, manual calculation will be wrong. I will show the chart using the Pivot DSR as comparison

I compared with other Pivot indicator. It really repaint today.

I observed the XB4d indi alone on a range bar chart and I am quite sure it repaints after the bar closes... otherwise it alone using crossover would be the long lost holy grail!

Perhaps someone can put it on a one minute chart and confirm that it repaints. Then let us know... Thanks.

I'm 100% sure that you get this values till market was closed. When market was opened indi shows correct values. Don't forget the fact that this weekend time was changing in most of countries.

GU open today, lost 80pips.

Yes but on other 3 pairs you got 240 pips, why this didn't write. There is no perfect system, every have losses. 240-80=160 for 15 minutes of work.

Guys don't be little souls. I never didn't say that you'll win in 100% of trades, but RR ratio are fantastic, and my opinion are that collecting pips are also fantastic.

Regards
