Tradestation 8.6 Owndata 2.7 and Point and Figure charts

I use Tradestation 8.6 with OwnData 2.7 in my analysis bu I don't be able to draw Point and Figure charts and neither kagi ...:-/

 

Can anyone help me please?

Can somebody help me? Nobody? ....

Maybe I have to explain better my problem ... I'm able to visualize any type of chart except Point&Figure, Hagi ... when I try to visualuze such charts the program remains indefinitely with a black screen and the warning thet it is waiting for the data.

 

Maybe there is some conflict between Owndata and Tradestation ... mah!
