(req) MACD indicator

Recommended Posts

thanks bro for the reply but when i see the same on H4

oN h1 chart H4 macd does not telly to H4 macd so thing wrong bro

There is nothing wrong with the mtf H4 macd on H1. It is the same macd(12,26,9) in H4.

The reason you see different because in H1, the processing of H4 macd(12,26, 9) will take the values in h4 produce 4-steps constant staircase liked macd. likewise in M5 to H1, 12-steps staircase....etc

If you want smoother macd, then divide the higher time frame period to the current timeframe period and multiply to the macd .

eg. H4/H1 = 4

12* 4 = 48

26* 4 = 104

9* 4 = 36

so in H1 set the MACD(48,104,36) to represent the MACD(12,26,9) in H4
