Old, outdated rubbish... the question you need to ask yourself is... would you use this with real money? :P

 

I can't imagine that anyone would. Looking at the code, it's a very simple strategy, and it was created 2005. The vast majority of EA's, like this one and many others, are in my opinion only of interest for testing. As a programmer it's also interesting to look a the program code. And removing ridicolous restriction is a way to let even more to try 'em out.
