What is .log file in MT4 indicators

Hi , most of the MT4 indicators are XXX.ex4 or XXX. mq4 files, but why some indicators suddenly create a log file? what does it means? why before non log files, but suddenly it will have all 3 files( ex4, mq4 and log files) any one know? thanks.

Hi annbeea,

 

if you compile an MT4 to EX4, the compiler writes errors and warnings into log file.
