(Req) Mayumi Torii Japanese housewife trader system

Hi Guys,

 

In searching for a decent indicator to use with Bollinger bands to confirm/filter reversal trades at the edges of the bands, I spotted a reference in a post to the Japanese trader Mayumii Torii. The post mentioned that the system she mentions in her book uses the RCI (Rank Correlation Index) indicator along with standard Bolli bands.

 

Here's an indicator which is essentially RCI for MT4 for anyone interested:

I've never heard of her before though she seems to be doing very well from this quote:

 

"The Web site of Mayumi Torii, a housewife-trader from Japan, claims that non-professional traders can earn 1 million yen ($10,000) a month from foreign exchange trading."

As I don't speak Japanese it's hard to find any solid info. on this system.

 

I'm interested in learning more about how she uses RCI - does she look at particular levels for example?

those japanese housewives sure are good at forex ..... i'm told they're called kimono traders in Japan .
