jbozman
The translation isn't for this document. It's for the web page above: http://www.priceactionfx.ru/2010/10/xlt.html You go to google translate, post the URL in the translation box. Make sure you have Russian to English, then click the translate button. You'll get a link to click on that will translate the web page into English. It would be great to get this pdf in English. Does anyone have it? Please post if you do!! PLEASE!!!! Thanks.

jbozman
The instructions to play the video files are on the webpage. I haven't tried to play them yet, so I'm not sure how difficult this is. I'll see what I can do and report back. I do not know Russian, so we'll see what I can do to play them with the translation.
gringoh
Ok so, you download all the links available on the page: http://www.multiupload.com/5PRQWOFTA4 (2 XLT videos on forex) http://www.multiupload.com/YVXH9UAITS (2 XLT videos on futures & stock) http://www.multiupload.com/XJKWP9S6AK (2 XLT videos on options & stock) http://www.multiupload.com/8QUD6PMTGK (player for vcr files) Then you edit the play.jnlp file (do not open it but edit it with a right click) and then look for this code: “C:\My files\XLT\STOCK TRADING.vcr” And replace it with your correct folder, then save the file and this time open it. In order to make it easier you can create a play file for each videos but keep in mind that if you move the videos from a folder to another you will have to edit the play.jnpl file again. Cheers, PS: Thank you google ;-) Edited June 4, 2011 by gringoh hockboon, JimJamBonks, shunshi88 and 4 others

jbozman
Hey gringoh. Thanks for the directions on how to get the videos to play. I have dreamweaver, so I opened up the play file and changed the link to reflect my C drive path to where the vcr files are. Worked like a charm. Cheers! teodosy87
Well i trade a bit different i usually get big pips, you are comfortable trading one way i am conformable to trade a bit different. The point here is that this works extremely good. I will give one advice for everyone try to understand it, how this whole method works this will improve your understudying of the market to the degree you never wished. p.s I have family like friend from Singapore i must say i was very happy when i saw that you live there too! dbg
hermanhess
yes i use the method chankl, it works well, initially its a little hard to identify suitable levels but with a little practice later it gets easier, I'm still working at it. Sam said numerous times in his fxstreet webinars, every 10 levels he finds he ignores 8 and goes with the best two. For those of you who don't have time to watch all the webinars these are few which cover almost everything, for those of you who've watched all the webinars I suggest (if I may) watch these 6 once again. 1)Identifying Swing Trading Opportunities in the Forex Market 2)Trade What Is Real, Not What You Feel: Quantifying Supply (resistance) and Demand (support) In The Forex Markets 3)Rule Based Short Term Trading In Forex 4)Multiple Time Frame Analysis 5)Rule based trading for short and longer term Forex traders 6)An Important Rule To Consider When Scanning For Trading Opportunities In Forex you can find them here http://www.fxstreet.com/search/contributors/authors/author.aspx?id=5766b88a-1a31-4102-8221-e9bf77216d2f Please select your levels judiciously, Sam says in his seminars they spend the most time discussing odds enhancers, so as to select the best levels, I'll repeat once again for every 10 levels he see's he selects only 2 and ignores 8. If you try to trade every level you fnd without appplying the odds enhancers most will fail and you will become disillusioned. I've only started a few days ago watching the videos and trying to train my eyes to find the right levels. It's very easy to spot them when looking at the webinars but a bit harder when I'm on my own with live charts. The indicator posted previously, in my opinion, might be handy and traded with specific rules as our friend chankl has been doing successfully, but it can be deceitful to find true levels as it misses some good ones and marks some bad ones, so I suggest people to be very careful if using it. As any other indicator it shows its own limits. As for me, I took it off my charts. ;) On MT4 instead of using horizontal lines I draw a little rectangle on the top and bottom border of the s/d level and then I edit it by quickly modifying the month bit in the properties, so the right end will be extended as far as I like. Easy to delete whenever the level will be trespassed. http://i51.tinypic.com/sv19xl.jpg Edited June 5, 2011 by alright Skygod, Forexpro1713006044, chankl78 and 2 others
chankl78
Must really thanks everyone for the contribution... I am too learning how to draw... alright... Anyway.. i am trading H1, H4 & above.. My indicator does not really works lower than that..... Cos it breaks too easily.. Also.. my daily target is 20pips per day, not 40 to 100pips per day... So I think that's y i have a great deal of success here.... Anyway.. nothing beat the human mind.. I am still learning how to draw myself & capture the correct spot... I am still new to this method.. wahahahha Thanks Hermanhess, alright.. did not a lot from both of you... @teodosy87, how to you use it to capture big pips... Care to share? teodosy87
@chankl78 of course! Ok have you ever think this way..... if a level does not hold usually price goes to next upper/lower level. Have you ever think of going with the move, this is extra way to make actually really good and pretty safe pips. If a level is broken easy this means that prince have good momentum. Big pips usually pick strong levels, i have seen people here picking everything remember one very important thing Sam Saiden always says EXTREMES, always go for the extremes! chankl78 and alright
