Can someone link the indicator and a full working tutorial for the metatrader to wave59 data feed

Here is a link to the indicator. http://rapidshare.com/files/456585454/MT2Wave59.ex4. Place indicators in the indicators folder in your metatrader directory. You need to place the indicator on all charts you want to view including each timeframe. The ascii files that are stored in C:\Program Files\MetaTrader\experts\files\FXASCII .
