Buy instead a cristal ball, its safer! In my opinion, neural network (without combination with prediction) is a method to trade on market, it is not safer, but can help to find a signal. Some years ago, I studied EBP (error back propagation) mathematical aspect, so i think is too define NN as "predictor" or cristal ball.
