Problem with FILESERVE

Hi,

 

Like you check out with anyone that sign up as Premium User of FileServe, facing any problem ? OR you had any solution for this?

 

I had been facing a problem, after sign up for few days, the 1st 2 days work fine, then the subsequence downloading intermittant with the following failure and now totally cannot download any more for the computer.

 

Error Message
"413 Request entity too large
Request headers are longer than 8Kb"

 

Complain to the customer support, no reply at all.

 

Please advise if you can.
