What program do you use to open the file

I have unzipped it from the rarfile and the file extracted shows 171kb

it ask what program I want to use when I go to open it

the extracted file is white ... thanks in advanced...

I was able to open it with winrar.

WinRAR is what I used just now to open it. I think I may have had a different Zip program back when I bought that system. ?
